Interested in trying out Artistic Swimming, but not sure where to start? We offer year-round opportunities to get started.

Merfolk Program

  • This is an entry-level, non-competitive program designed for athletes who would like to learn basic artistic swimming skills!  

Merfolk Program - Details

  • This program is available year round and meets once per week on Saturdays.

  • Participants must have basic swimming skills and be able to swim confidently in deep water for 25 meters without stopping.

  • This program is designed to teach basic artistic swimming skills and concepts.

  • Athletes are typically age 7-12.

  • For 2026, this program meets 12:30-2:00pm at Westwood pool.

  • For 2026, this program costs $150 per month.
